Create a free account, upload your resume once, then open any job posting and click the floating Resume Tailor Agent button on the page. You will get a version of your resume rewritten for that specific posting, plus a match score showing how well you line up with it.

Out of the box: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and the major applicant tracking systems — Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors/SAP and Eightfold. For any other employer career site, open the extension and click Enable once; Chrome will ask your permission, and from then on the extension works there too.

Yes — that is the point. We edit your document in place, so your fonts, spacing, tables and multi-column layouts survive. If a layout genuinely cannot be edited safely, we rebuild it in a clean, ATS-friendly format rather than failing, and we tell you that happened.

Yes — Auto Apply is currently in beta. It reliably fills common fields (contact details, work history, education, standard screening questions), but career sites vary enormously and it does not yet handle every field on every site. Review the form and complete anything it missed before you submit. Resume tailoring and match scoring are complete, fully working features and are not affected.

By design. When an application needs a genuine human decision — a verification code, a CAPTCHA, an unusual question, or a sign-in — we stop and hand it back to you rather than guessing. The extension never submits an application behind your back.

Finish that application manually, then tell us which site it was. Reports like that are the single most useful thing you can send us during the beta — they are how each site gets fixed. Email resumetailoragentai@gmail.com with the company career site URL and roughly what happened.

Some employer portals (Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors) make you create an account before they will show you the application form. The extension creates that account for you using your email plus a password you set in your Auto Apply profile. Use a new password created only for job portals — never your email, bank, or any personal password. Click Generate in the profile and we will create a strong random one that satisfies every portal's complexity rules. It is stored in your account so applications can continue across sessions.

Reading your resume to build your profile happens locally in your browser — that step uploads nothing. When you tailor, your resume text and the job description are sent to our servers, which pass them to established AI providers acting as our processors under contracts that prohibit them from training their models on your content. The extension itself never calls an AI provider directly from your browser, and passwords and credential fields are stripped out before any AI request. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

To revoke site access, open chrome://extensions, find Resume Tailor Agent, and adjust or remove its site permissions. To delete your account and the data associated with it, email resumetailoragentai@gmail.com from your registered address and we will action it.
